Refund and Returns Policy

At Iron Tusk Records, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products (Music Downloads)

All digital music purchases (including MP3, WAV, or downloadable albums/singles) are non-refundable.

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been delivered.

If you experience an issue such as:

  • File not downloading
  • Corrupted or incomplete download
  • Wrong file delivered

Please contact us at eddie@irontuskrecords.com, and we will resolve it quickly by reissuing the correct download.


2. Physical Products (CDs, Merchandise, etc.)

If you purchased a physical item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Requirements for a physical return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must provide photos of the issue
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable physical items:

  • Opened CDs or vinyl records
  • Used or worn apparel
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

Digital orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Physical product orders can be cancelled before the item ships. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
